Elementals are those beings that exist between the demi-god Unifications and normal FaeKind. They generally tout themselves as children of Ien and Una, yet they seem to take a place in the hierarchy beneath Unifications. Since they are generally wild of spirit, the Unifications can sometimes control and use the Elementals for their bidding, but often not.

It is unknown why the Elementals remain in their equine forms, rather than in an anthro form as the Unifications do. Elementals will refuse to take anthro form, saying it is an insult to Ien and Una, and will say nothing more on the matter.

There are two Elementals for each of the twelve elements, one male and one female. Elementals can and do have offspring, but this next generation are not considered Elementals. Sometimes they happen to be Essences, but this is not always guaranteed.
